Our three-tiered Time and Action module provides stakeholders unified visibility into milestones, responsibilities, and delivery commitments. It’s a proactive risk-management system that identifies potential bottlenecks and timeline challenges before they impact operations:   

Creation: 

1. Suppliers create a T&A plan after they have accepted a Purchase Order 

2. They can choose from category-specific templates 

3. They add milestones related to their order  

4. They set the start and end date for each of those milestones, 

5. They tag payment milestones where necessary  

6. They submit their T&A plan for approval  

Acceptance:  

1. rivexa review the submitted T&A plan  

2. Our category experts recommend refinements to the T&A plan  

3. The final T&A plan is shared with the buyer for acceptance  

Monitoring:  

1. The T&A plan moves to the acceptance stage after the buyers’ approval 

2. Suppliers update milestone progress regularly  

3. They attach documents to evidence milestone completion (Excel spreadsheets, videos, images, PDFs, etc.) 

4. Buyers can review these completed milestones and set their status as ‘Accepted.’ 

5. The platform even sets various milestone status updates as ‘On Track’ or ‘Delayed.’
